SMS / Text Message Consent

Current status

At present, the salon communicates by phone and email only. You will not receive marketing text messages from The Maria Salon.

If SMS is introduced

• Opt-in only: you would receive texts only after giving clear, specific consent — for example, ticking an SMS box when booking.
• Purpose: messages would relate to your appointments (confirmations, reminders) unless you separately opt in to promotional texts.
• Opting out: replying STOP would end messages at any time; replying HELP would provide assistance and the salon’s contact details.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
