Cancellation Policy

Changing your plans

We know schedules shift. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, contact us by phone at 586-612-7014 or email hair@themariasalon.com as soon as you can.

Notice we ask for

As a courtesy, we ask for reasonable advance notice — ideally a day or more — so your time can be offered to another client. Longer services and event bookings benefit from even earlier notice.

Fees

The salon does not currently charge cancellation fees unless specifically communicated for a particular booking (for example, large event or bridal reservations, where any terms would be agreed in advance and in writing).

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is always our preferred outcome — tell us what changed and we’ll find a new time together.

Repeated cancellations

Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect how future appointments are scheduled. We will always talk with you directly before anything changes.
